I just saw this. Wow. I think I need to do this for my Fit! Since my Fit is so new, there aren't any cheap aftermarket headlights available to cut up for a retrofit, and since it's my work car, I didn't want to mess with the OEM ones. Something like this will solve all my problems!

tweak the shield just a bit. and get some more color out of them and you're good!

what do you mean by "tweak the shield" ?

I want to get these but those pictures dont do it justice.
You can see it looks nice boucing off a building. But I don't
notice any light on the ground.

tweak the sheild means to bend the little piece of metal inside the projector to get more color...
          Example:
          Stock Output

          Shield Tweak

WAY more color along the band. Also, in most of those pics the projector was not mounted on a car.

a good idea maybe is to wire up a drl set up in the stock highs and use the projectors with the high lo relay

I am too. I'll probably get these this weekend. I'm alittle
                nervous about them though.

You guys might want to hold off. Theretrofitsource is now getting a d2s version of the projector which will be able to use philips oem bulbs instead of h1 bulbs. They aren't out yet, but a member on hidplanet got a pre-order set which appears to be even more compact than the h1 version.
