When I was driving, I noticed sometimes the car would cut out and the radio would shut off. The other morning I noticed it was only when I shifted. I put my foot up under the dash and hit some wires and the radio shut down completely. Kicked it again and stereo turned back on. I just bought this car so I dont know anything about aftermarket wiring in it. Seems to be all stock though. Just hopeing to get a direction I should lean towards before I dive into this tomorrow. Maybe its a common short that occurs with an EZ fix?

ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!
Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956
Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)
Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.
These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.
1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.
2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.
3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.
4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.
The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.
The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Turned out to be a lose connector or wires in the connectors. The brown one just above the fuse box.
I toon a few more pictures. Its a mess under there and I was hopeing to find out if its normal.
I saw an L bracket with nothing on it and am guessing the grey relay box is supposed to a attach to it. Right now there's a long ziptie holding all the wires up and it goes around the steering column. Its not very comfortable under there being 6'3" so bbb indian spend too much time.
When I took off the plastic piece under the steering wheel there was a metal plate blocking all access into the wiring area. Does anyone know what will happen if I take that off to have easier access?

You will be fine removing that plate underneath the plastic covering. If I need more room to work under the dash, I remove the seat. 4 bolts and its out, or lay the seat down completely and dive in head first while laying on it.Originally posted by QuashishHoly crap thats a clean F series. jellish mang.
