ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.
2 of 2 < >

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

No prob.....here's my thread that I posted a couple month's ago.

Oh, and join 3geez.com. Its a forum like this, but it's dedicated to our cars (3rd Generation Accords), hence the 3g.

What do you mean open intake manifold? How do I figure out what engine I have? I have the carb version because thats what I chose, I like the response of a carbed engine. When I traded my Ford Exploder straight across at the car lot I had a choice of my car or a 91 Accord, I wanted mine because I love flip-up headlights and the 91 was automatic.

You're lucky you got the moon roof! I like the second set of wheels better. My car is in about the same shape with the original paint, if I had as good a camera you would be able to tell. I think our cars are the exact same, carbed, 4 door, 5 speed. Here's a story about what you and I drive. I drove to Seattle, 3 hours away, blew my head gasket there. Ended up driving all the way back with 2 and 3 blown on the gasket at 30mph (like fuckin' 10mph up hill). The car sat for about 4 months until I finally bought the FelPro kit and did the job. We put the engine back together (no warped head thank God), somehow it fired right up with the timing perfect. First turn of the key, the thing fired right up. That was the first time in 4 months I heard it run and the exhaust yell, it was heavenly. What we drive is a masterpiece, mine has 203k now and the tires still break when I slam 2nd. All stock but the muffler. =)

Couple pictures of my blown gasket just for shits and giggles. These pics are taken with my cell phone so they aren't the best.

That sunroof is aftermarket, but yes I guess I am lucky. You like the gunmetal ones? Those are on the car right now. And you are right, these cars are gems and run forever. They're fun to drive and my car runs beautifully. Thats a Honda for you.
