    A/C electrical ghost power

just last week my AC compressor in the coupe stopped working. after checking it out, it turns out the issue was at the AC compressor relay. see that relay has 4 wires that look like this...

    magnet side:
#2 blk/yel- this is the power source from the inner fuse box
#1 red/blu- this is the ground controlled by the TCU/ECU

    switched side:
#3 red- this goes to the AC compressor clutch
#4 blk/yel- this is the power source from the inner fuse box (spliced with #2)

...now all of the wires work right except #1. it is suppose to act as a ECU controlled ground. but its pushing out 12 volts. so the AC compressor clutch never activates. has anyone ever had this issue? Im wondering if its a bad computer.

for now Ive grounded the #1 wire. so that every time I turn the car on, the AC compressor clutch activates. whether or not the AC blower is on.

btw anyone using a haynes manual, its got the wire numbers for this relay incorrect. I had to write the right ones on the book
