Thanyou for all the helpful suggestions guys. I tried a few combinations last night and come up with 94 prelude vtec rear mount with energy suspension inserts in back and the innovative side mounts. There's barely more vibration than stock mount and the engine doesn't budge under load. I weighed the oem parts this morning.

    innovative 75a front mount---------------------2.4lbs
    innovative 75a rear mount----------------------2.4lbs
    innovative 75a trans mount---------------------3.0lbs
    innovative 75a engine mount-------------------2.4lbs
    innovative traction bar assembly----------24.6lbs
    FF type1 front coilover---------------------------18.0lbs*(9.0lbs ea.)
    FF type1 rear coilover-----------------------------18.8lbs (9.4lbs ea.)

    OEM Front Engine mount--------------------------------------------------------------2.6lbs
    OEM Rear Engine mount---------------------------------------------------------------2.3lbs
    OEMTrans mount--------------------------------------------------------------------------3.1lbs
    OEM Driver Side Engine mount-----------------------------------------------------2.3lbs
OEM 90-93 accord radius arm assembly------------------------------------23.5lbs
    Tein spring/Monroe strut front assembly-----------------------------------23.4lbs (11.7lbs*ea.)
    Tein spring/Monroe strut rear assembly------------------------------------26.8lbs (13.4lbs ea.)

I saved roughly 15.5lbs with what is installed now.

I'm kind of surprised the vibrations were that bad for you. I think they offer a 60a mount insert.

Interesting. I also went and got a F series 5th gear set grinded down to adapt to a T2T4 transmission. But I only had to make adjustments on the CS and also add a shim. Did you buy those gears or was this custom work?

I bought them from synchrotech as a drop in set. As far as the mounts window weld from 3m is 60a urethane that mixed with the fresh mounts works great. There is a little movement but not much. Once I add the adjustable front mount im sure it will be perfect.

Interesting. I'm will be running a F23 5th gear into a T2T4. But in both the F22 and F23 5th gear swaps the MS gear is the same size, so it is interesting to see them sell you a whole MS gear. I'm curious if the measurements of the 5th CS gear are equal to mine and how they solved the issue of alignment between the two gears. Selling both gears implies they shaved down the MS gear too but this does not solve the problem of the CS 5th gear hitting the MS 4th gear set after shaving is done.

According to David at sychrotech said it was plug and play, so far so good.

cool. i tried looking that part # on their site and could not find anything. Do you have a digital measuring tool (caliper)? Interested in the width of this gear.

You actually have to call david or email him. The gear is already in the trans or I'd measure it for you. Im hoping weather will permit me to swap it out next week. Its rained just about every day I have time to do it.

I didn't realize synchrotech sold a drop in 5th gear kit. Sounds like it's worth it.

Agreed, but i can't find it on their site to order it. May contact them.

I finally have the preload set, traction bar and launch control set perfect. At a 4k launch its barely breaking traction. Once I get a good set of tires it big block power time again. Maybe not quite 250whp again but at least 220whp.

so 75a was too stiff? it vibrated too much? I was considering 95A. lolol

Too much for me. My brother said it felt like all his sr20 sentras. Im just picky. I get irritated by any panel noise in the interior.
