    Broke my wrist

So, I was putting up Halloween decorations and fell off a 2-step step ladder and broke my right wrist in a weird way. My wrist almost looked like a swans neck because of the way it broke. So, this is going to suck because I may not be able to drive my car (now that I finally have a stick shift.......)

It was already dark when I fell and right now it's in a temporary cast while I wait for orthopedic. Thank you.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. But you can still drive stick with one hand. It will just be a slower shift.

You could always shift with your left hand. I have horrible bursitis in my right shoulder, and sometimes it's just easier to reach over with my left hand to change gears. Not the best idea in the world, but it works!

I hope you heal up quickly!

Take care of that wrist from now on, i have what is known as a boxer's fracture on my right hand and although it still functions fine, the right touch in the right angle will make me scream in pain. And your post reminded me i have to check my christmas lights before hanging them. Good luck to you

Thank you, it's actually the radius at the very end close to the wrist.

I had surgery on Thursday morning, been trying to get the swelling to go down and reduce my pain since.
