      Anyone who's not running the stock rim size and tires for our cars including myself can definitely benefit from something like this. Although, I believe different size rims and tires would only slightly change the accuracy of the speedometer.

        Depending on how far off from factory you go with wheel/tire size, it can be fairly significant i think.

          I have 17 in wheel with 50 series sidewall (I know chunky tires) since there's been nothing but road work for the last 4-5 years and will be the next couple years. My speedo is only off by 2-3 mph average going off what the speed traps say.

            Were the speed traps calibrated?

              Obviously no way to really know for sure. But like I said that was just the average I noticed between the several different ones. There's been construction going on the last few years on the main highway here so there's been quite a few of them.
