When it comes to Hondas there's only two ways to do it
Either buy a modded car from someone you know + trust
Or buy a completely stock car and do the work yourself
Price looks good if everything is good... I guess if you know your stuff you can give it a thorough lookover to see if everything is fine... my only turnoff is the mileage on the chassis; it might feel a little noodly with that age + mileage. Personally I would consider saving a little more and getting a BB6. Ugly nose but otherwise newer, stock w/H22 yadda yadda
