Pretty accurate. It's a nice place, and I'm thankful for those who helped me obtain this.

I'm making progress. One day at a time. I have a lot going on, but we'll get there.

Do you hear traffic ? / at night too?
                  Do you feel the wind?
                  How are the lightening storms?
Are those curtains motorized and controlled via remote? If not, they should

I really only hear traffic if I open the windows, but even then, it's not bad at all. I do hear just about every motorcycle on the 110 with the windows closed or opened. I don't mind though. It's the same for day and night.

I'm near the top of the building, so the breeze is great. If I keep the windows closed, it gets hot as f%&k in here. I also have central air, but the natural breeze feels better.

                      No storms as of yet.

The curtains, no. Just a mechanical beaded cord. It works.

There's valet parking for the residents.

Community elevators, and about a 160 sq. ft. bedroom.

So what's the total square footage? I always liked modern architecture in a urban landscape, but never could decide if I could be happy in an environment like that. I tend to want my space from time to time.

I thought seriously about moving to Manhattan, but downtown property costs are nuts and I'd rather put that money to use somewhere else, but don't fault anybody for living in an urban center, since there is always a lot to do an good food nearby.
