When using generic parts store lines with the tapered ends do I neeed a reverse taper union or a normal union. My research shows a reverse taper union is for lines with a sae taper and and regular union is for din taper. What are those?

I got it. I think. The " regular"union said for bubble flair on the package and so did the lines. Have not beeded the brakes yet to new if they hold though.
