ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:

Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

    Alyndhra's 1990 CB7 4WS

Here is my new daily car, a 1990 CB7 with 4ws and about 197000 km (122410 miles). Almost original for the moment, except a set of coilovers, installed by one of the former owners.

Interior pics, taken by the former owner

The day of the purchase, at the end of July

One month later, at Honda Euro Meet (26-28 Aug, Clastres track, North East of France)

At Chika Japan (15 Oct, La Défense, near Paris, France)

Nice! Interesting that is has so many features but no fogs. 4ws, are you referring to four wheel steer?

        Thanks ^^

No fog lights actually but I'd want to install a set in the near future and yes, I'm referring to 4 wheels steering system

Are you for real? Your ride has 4 WS ? There is sooo much stuff i dont know about accords.

If possible, will you please post a video on youtube to showcase your 4ws? Where the rear rack and pinion is located? Does it share the same power steering reservoir? How does it handle as a daily driver? It is probably easier to parallel park i would imagine. I know i am asking alot. Simply, if u have time and the ability to make a video, that would be sweet.

Also, what are those knobby little things on your bumper cover in front of your headlights? I have seen those things on other accords. I am just curious.

Yes, I have 4WS on my CB7 In Europe, 4WS system is more common than 2WS. Anyway, it's very useful in daily driving, especially for parallel parking I confirm lol! It seems weird to drive a standard car after that ^^

No pb I'll made a separate subject about 4WS

It must share the same components as the earlier preludes. But I'd like to see this, i only read about our cars having 4WS once prior and thought it was a hack job...

It's definitely not a hack job, take a look at the higher tunnel in the interior pics. That center console looks so thin from the rear to compensate the height lol.

4ws is really rare looking globally and even more rare in a LHD CB7, it's enriching for this site to have members like you join, Alix!

Thanks for the precision, I didn't know for the tunnel size

I don't really realize the 4ws rarity for this Accord model because, among the few remaining in circulation models here, there are almost only 4ws.
Anyway, it's good to know I'll take care well of my little CB as much as it's rare!
