Link didn't work for me. All you gotta do is search man. DSM set-up seems like a perfect starting point for you considering the numbers you want to put down. Budget wise, it should be a good way to go too, just search dsm in the forced induction section to learn everything you need to know, and check this out too:

ill tell you one thing right now, stay the fuck away from ebay. lol with that said
heres a cheap setup. source the parts and build.
DSM 14b Turbo
DSM 1st gen or 2nd gen Manifold
Custom Downpipe
Treadstone performance Honda Prelude Intercooler and Piping Kit
Any Bov U want (I used the HKS SSQ Knockoff off ebay and it worked ok)
DSM Stock Turbo Injectors (their 450cc)
H23 Intake Mani
Chipped P06 Computer (out of a 92-95 civic)
Knockoff or True Slowboy racing Turbo J Pipe with a little tube welded in for a hose to your wastegate
Boost, Oil And Wideband Gauges
And i think thats it. If you source good you could end up spending 1500 + cost of tuning.
I made 243 on a stock f22 with f22 intake mani at 12.5 psimiss my turbo cb7
moved onto volvos. dont know how that happened, just did

yeah you gotta stiffen the other mounts or make a new front mount or your P/S pump WILL hit the hood and make annoying dents.
