Daniel was an adult. He wasn't forced to drive recklessly. He was responsible for his own actions. Nobody else will be charged.

It's sad that he lost his life, but it's fortunate that he was the ONLY one to perish.

Austin, you know how to reach me if you need anything.

When I hear this...I get super sad. I'm 57 and I think of all the things I have done since I was in my teens. More than 30 years of experiences that your friend will not get to have.
I know this is a car club and we like to show off our work...but in my opinion, what good is a fast car if it ends up crumbled and you loose your life? (remember..I said "in my opinion") So I choose to make my car look good. You may too and add all the HP to it too. But I plead with you....don't be a fool and use the streets to show off! Prove it on a track...win or loose, as Dev said, no obsticals and plenty of safety measures just in case, and you get to drive it another day.
Make it a sick ride and make it to my age.

      May he Rest In Peace.

Sorry to hear this Tip. Everyone here has made huge mistakes. He made a choice to do this so this is not on you and you were not directly involved, maybe something for the good can come from this.
I have made even worse decisions than this and somehow I made it through. You gotta a lot of support here. Maybe he rest in peace.

Honesty I'm luky to be here too

I was driving a car I've never driven before very hard. I was scared and knew I could get away. Thankfully I kept my DSC on because there were a 3 times I had the rear end slide.
Not the time to ride your ass so this will be it. Read the fist sentence again. You were trying to get away so you didn't get caught. That's called running.

Let this be an extraordinarily expensive lesson to all of us.

Sucks man. Didn't know him but know how it is. My sister's death is still fresh on my mind. One thing I will say is at least he went doing something he loved. RIP Daniel.

Rest in paradise. May you enjoy all the CBs with the front end you always wanted.

Think I'm going to slow down now, everyone always says it, but ill go lower, no choice but to go slow.

And imma definetly take it easy on this little pass that I know, reading tippeys description of that pass had me think about the one I go through and possible parts I may have lost it due to taking the turn on the inside ( oncoming lane) when cars popped outta nowhere
