Clutch won't fully disengage

Our race 93 lx with a prelude transaxel is giving us trouble. Fully depressing the clutch pedal dose not fully disengage the clutch. We've bled it.

One items that can go wrong here is the throw out bearing. It breaks/wears and becomes "crooked" or angled. This causes a section of the clutch to continue to engage.

Or the pressure plate fingers have broke/cracked.

sonikaccord seems to have made some friends!
Is your shift fork fully extending?
Is your clutch disc installed in the correct orientation?
Is your clutch engagement height set properly?

Good questions. My team mate installed the tranny. I'll talk to him about these things.
How do you set the clutch engagement height?

By adjusting the clutch master cylinder pushrod under the dash. Break the locknut loose and you can adjust the height by turning the pushrod.

First thing Saturday morning I contorted myself and made the exact adjustment described. It worked. I had to get back in there a second time to fine tune it.

Thanx all!
