1994 Accord EX Stereo Wiring Help Needed

Ok guys, the previous owner had removed the stereo by cutting the plug, so im having to splice everything. This thing had a factory radio with the single disc CD player, and anti-theft device built into it. I have the speakers figured out and here is what im left with...

yellow/white - ??? (12v constant?)
black - probably the ground
white/yellow - ??? (12v trigger?)
red/black - ???
white/red - ???

Everyplace I look online has different colors, can anybody help me out here?

I just went to a junkyard and cut a harness from another car because I was in the exact same situation.
