    5 Lug Front Brake Caliper - Odyssey/Accord V6

SO I have 5 lug on my car.
Fronts consist of 96 Odyssey Knuckles and brake calipers.
My brake caliper slider pin has seized.

Question for the 5 lug advanced crew:
Does the V6 Accord Brake Caliper work on the Odyssey knuckles?
I checked part numbers through autozone website.
    Odyssey = P/N: 14-1421 Alt # 619-306
    V6 Accord= P/N: 14-1411 or 14-1417

    Any information on this?

to reference part #s I only use the real part #s from honda

    www.hondaautomotiveparts.com

Im not sure if the accord v6 could be the same. I know the cb9, prelude vtec, and odyssey calipers are all the same.

you would have to get the caliper thats suitable for the size of the rotor you are running.

Honda uses the same caliper design for almost every car in the 90's

A quick search of used calipers pulled from odysseys and 95-97 accord v6's indicated that they both use the nissin 17CL15VN caliper

17CL15VN is the same caliper used across all honda's using an 11 inch rotor in the 90's

The only thing to pay attention to is the bracket marking, you're going to need to get rotors for the proper thickness of the bracket.

            Thanks Tippey.
Sometimes we don't want a short answer.

vtec prelude, odyessy, and accord v6 are the same calipers. they have different part numbers bc of the chassis. you can also use 95 legend gs coupe calipers ( dual piston )

I was mainly wondering because my buddy has a set of V6 accord calipers/brackets for me for my wagon 5 Lug swap.
I just havent picked them up yet, and was trying to get info on this.

I need to replace the ones on my sedan, and was wondering if I could use them with no issues.
I already purchased odyssey new rotors, and don't want to have to replace those.

                Hopefully that makes sense.
But illstatus is hooking me up and has some spare CB9 brackets for me.
