    Thanks for the support guys. The truck sold last month for $1000, but I am very happy with the current owner. He is going to work his "magic" with smog regulations in ways I was not comfortable doing, and he is already sending me update pics. I will post those as they come. The truck already has white primer, a new hood, and new wheels and tires.



    I have not given up on these trucks. It was a pleasure to work on it and bond with a good friend. We will be getting a '73 to '75 fleet side c10 in the next year. Then, we can spit in the face of California governmental over-regulation and put whatever V8 we want/can in that one!

      I'll stop posting about this truck after this, but I just wanted to post one more picture the new owner sent me...of the truck lowered. Rust is starting to show through the new paint as well.



      Oh well :/ at least he was nice enough to keep me in the loop.
