92 accord lx manual starts then dies?

So i just want to get everyones thoughts to see if im thinking in the right direction.

Yesterday my car would start than die immediatly. After about 5 times it started and ran fine. Drove 30 min. Sat for about 5 hours. Started and died once than started and ran. This morning again would start and die. Tried holding the key in start position and started up ok. Ran for an hour. So far all day today about 7 starts has been ok. Never sat more than a couple hours today.

Sooooo... I'm not thinking main relay because it HASN'T DIED WHILE RUNNING

I am thinking ignition switch contacts but hasnt happened enough to properly diagnose.

Side note: Don't think it's connected but wiper switch single swipe has stopped working. Works fine on intermintent and full.

My alt died recently, luckily I caught it before I got stranded. The battery was somewhat discharged though, and I had to give it gas on startup or else it would die. Been fine sine I took it on a long ish drive and charged the battery back up. Also, check your battery ground cables, ANY movement is too much. Good luck.
