    Ground Control Custom Spring Rates

So I'm looking to get a Ground Control set for my Koni Reds.
I was wondering what others had gone with as far as spring rates.
Especially those paired with Koni Yellows since thats pretty close to the Reds and I dont expect anyone else to have a set of Reds.

I'd like to know how those rates fair.
As far as rough roads, daily driving, track, ect. What is your rate, are you happy with it, and in what application.
As far as what I'm looking for, kind of the best of both worlds really.
Id like it to ride comfortable but also have a good tight sporty response.
    Thinking 430Front 350Rear.

    Thanks

    Hey there.

I had Ground Controls and Koni Yellows on my CB then also Koni Red`s later on.
Unfortunately I have no idea what the spring rates are but the ride was great. With the yellows I could adjust the damping so that helped a lot.

But yeah it`s great for daily use, not bouncy but also will take a track day. It was only aftermarket suspension setup so I can`t really compare.
I did manage to have the rubber tophat stop or whatever (EDIT: bump stop I believe it`s called) it`s called come off after a track day so the spring basically hit the metal top hat directly, but I also did get some air LOL.
