    Stitch/seam welding

What parts of the CB chassis should benefit the most from this?

The hardest ones to do would probably provide the most benefit. There are spot welds near the front cross member, all the control arms anything near suspension would be the most noticeable. I have repaired a couple totaled cars though and can tell you the easy ones make a huge difference. The spot welds that run around door frames, the trunk and hood mostly the door frames and trunk. Those are easy because you pull the rubber off peel back the carpet pop all the spot welds, we'll maybe a foot or two at a time to ensure everything stays lined up. Weld it up, grind it down and paint to stop rust. Put the rubber on to cover your terrible welding skills and bam. Your car is more rigid than someone who has everything esp will make.
That last part is a fact but it would be very hard to make those welds as rust proof as they are now. That's the biggest draw back IMO. You would have to inspect everything every year to catch rusty red handed.
......father in law has it back again. Time to shine
