How do you change an H22 rotor button?

I know you just pop the F22 rotor button off. But I tried that with my H22 rotor button and it just broke pieces off and didn't budge. Then I saw a place that looked like it was screwed in. BUT I can't get to the screw.

Surely somebody can tell me how to do this the right way. lol

Bump the starter until you can get to the screw and remove it. Then you can pull off the rotor.
