I came across this recipe last night doing a google search. I think it's the best one i've ever tried.
Here's the link: http://allrecipes.com//Recipe/spiced...ds/Detail.aspx
I pretty much just followed the recipe using the seeds from a large pumpkin and a small pumpkin, about two cups.
Only think I did different was add about a tablespoon and a half of vegetable oil (didn't have olive oil).
After mixing all the ingredients and seeds together in a bowl, I put them in a glass pie plate. I did this so that all the left over liquid from the recipe was in with the seeds so they could soak it up while baking. After baking for an hour they weren't quite crispy yet (cuz they were in a pie dish) so I spread them on a cookie sheet. I put them back in the oven at 400F for about 10-12 minutes making sure they weren't burning, and pulled them out when they were crispy.
Just thought I'd share.
