Install a Killer B oil pick up tube and windage tray. The OEM pick up are notorious to crack and causing engines to blow for people who don't realize it.

and also some just for kicks pics...

            Looks good!

The KillerB pickup is key. Any cracks or the start of any on your pickup?

Did you have any issues with fitment of the invidia up and down pipes? My best friend has a car just like yours but in white.. he has been told that there are fitment issues.. he's wanting to upgrade his.

              BTW, heres his Legacy.

I never heard about any fitment issues for the up and downpipe.

I had no issues with the up and downpipes. I only had problems with the invidia v2 catback, then I switched to version 3 which fit perfectly.

                legacy looks good !

                  Little update.

Took off my tmic to install my aos and while I was at it. I added dei heat reflective tape. Hopefully It'll fight some heat soak away.

                  and the grimmspeed aos install.

                      Very nice sir.

I'd helicoil/time sert the Brembo mounting holes before you put the bolts in. If you don't go that route, make sure you use a bunch of non-copper anti-sieze on the mounting bolts.

The aluminum calipers are held in with stainless mounting bolts, so you can easily end up with galvanic corrosion. A lot of people have problems removing the caliper to change rotors and pull the threads in the caliper out with the bolt. Spending the time now will save you in the long run.

thanks for the advice. I didn't know that.

I have a sandblaster here at work, so I was also thinking of getting them powder coated too.

Finished painting them. Good new is that they were already recoiled when I got them with new bolts !

Very nice legacy. A buddy of mine has the same body style and loves every minute of it.

Keeping an eye on this and maybe shed some light for my technologically challenged buddy.
