Question f22b2 idle issues in my 90' cb7

I've been around for a while, i just don't post a lot. I have a 90' lx sedan a while ago my f22a1 threw a rod and i put a f22b2 in because it was sittin in my garage. I'm running the a1 intake mani, bcuz for some reason the b2 mani was giving me issues, i don't remember y. but my car idles at 2500rpm with it adjusted to its lowest. im wondering if its the idle air control, or do i need to change my ecu? \\// thanks in advance!!!
