    Was helping out at a charity carwash,for little league football team and cheerleaders,they asked could I bring my car out, so took a few pics,then went down to water front park in Elizabeth City,Nc and took some,

        Nope, look at them in these pics, you can clearly see those are actual penetrations in the sheet metal. Stickers wouldn't be THAT three dimensional.

              hell no,lol,jk, I'm a welder fabricator I beleive in cutting and welding.I layed out the holes then drilled them with a hole saw,cut pipe at 45 degree angles stuck them in and welded them in place.
