Here is a poorman's way of making Si-T bumper lights.

Parts Needed:
92-93 Clear bumper lenses (ebay,etc.)
90-91 OEM bumper lenses
A tube of RTV in the color of your choice (I used Clear)
Tools Required:
Small screwdrivers
Pick (Optional)
Hammer (Optional)
Oven
Cookie sheet
Oven Mitts
Step 1: Seperate the lense(NO PICTURES)
Take your 90-91 bumper lenses and remove the amber reflector. You can bake the lights if you want. Mine had broken tabs, so i used and hammer and hit around the sealed area to break the lenses apart.
Step 2: Remove the amber reflector
Once apart, you can continue breaking the light or pull outward on the lense sides and pull the amber reflector out. ( it is held in by two tabs on opposite corners)
Once removed you will have this:
Step 3: Baking the Clear lenses
Preheat the oven to 200*. Place the lenses on a cookie sheet that is layered with oven mitts (this is to prevent melting).
Place the lenses in the oven for atleast 5 minutes. I just kept check every couple of minutes to make sure melting did not occur.
Once they are hot enough to seperate, Use the pick tool or screwdriver to help get a gap to pry with. Be EXTREMELY careful when prying. Most notably when you come to the curved area.
Once apart, They will look like this.

Step 4: Inserting the Amber corner.
You will notice that reflector is slightly larger than the lense. you can dremel this down to make a nicer fit, I just pushed mine down in. It bulged a bit, but the silicon takes care of that.
Step 5: Seal and let sit
Once done, put a bead of silicon around the clear part of the lense. Press them together and either tape them together or bear hug them. Once a bond has been made, let them sit over night and check for any more openings in the morning. Add additional silicon if needed.
Last, Enjoy your new ricer front end
