    another h22 timing belt issue

    Ok I did a h22a swap about 3-4 months ago and have put around 1100 miles on it so far. The other day it started to have a rattle coming from the timing belt area. I changed everything when i did the swap, belts,waterpump,all gaskets,tensioner,etc. Yes I still have the auto tensioner because at the time I COULDN"T AFFORD ANYMORE for the swap. I have the car up on the lift and timing cover off, everything is still tight and the belt doesnt have any slack in it at all. What do you guys think it could be? It doesnt rattle at startup but when the engine is decelerating or if I rev it and the rpm's come down. Thanks guys

    seems like the belt is too tight or too loose, either the timing belt of alt belt

      so if the belt is to tight and I have the auto tensioner or to loose how to I resolve situation? I'll look at the alternator belt also
