ANY BUYING/SELLING IN THIS FORUM WILL RESULT IN AN INSTANT BAN!

Read the rules: http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=43956

Myself, and the other mods have been very nice and lenient with the rules. We have been deleting threads, and giving out warnings. Some members didn't get the clue and re-posted over and over... Now ANY member buying or selling in this section will be banned... No IF's AND's or BUT's.

Beginner Forum Rules - EVERYBODY read! (old and new members alike!)

Beginners start here. Once you have 30 worthwhile posts (off topic doesn't count) you may post outside of the Beginner forums. Any "whoring" (posting simply to raise your post count) will return your count to 0, or result in a ban.

These are the rules. Read them. Live by them.

1) Absolutely NO flaming! "Flaming" is an outright attack on a member. ALL questions are encouraged to be asked here, no matter how basic. Members with over 30 posts will be subject to a ONE WEEK ban if caught flaming in this forum (and yes, moderators can read deleted posts). Members with under 30 posts will be subject to a ONE DAY ban.

2) Use appropriate language. Racial or sexual slurs will not be tolerated. A ban will be issued at the discretion of the cb7tuner.com staff.

3) No items may be sold in the Beginner forums. Any "for sale" threads will be deleted.

4) Temporarily banned members will be PERMANTLY banned if they are found posting on another account.

The rules can and will be added to. Any updates will be marked in the title.

The rules for the overall forum can be found here:
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/forumdisplay.php?f=144
Read them. You will be expected to follow them.

My name is kris. I live in Amarillo, Tx. I am currently in college majoring in sport and exercise science and working full time in delivery pizza at locally own pizza place.(the main reason why I bought the Honda accord Instead of using my 2010 Ford ranger.)

Last week I bought 1991 Honda Accord SE. The body is not much, a little rough. But the engine is in a pretty decent shape with 197000 miles on it.. it still purrs smoothly.

I finally put in a better speakers; Pioneer brand from Wal-Mart. Front is 4" and rear is 4"x9". It need an better stereo to feed more power to those speakers.

I have h23 intake plenum and waiting on a 66mm throttle body. I also have the f22a4 headers(tubler manifold) but I am going to wait til I save enough money to have professional install it along with 2.25" exhaust system.

      Hey Kris, welcome.
You should post up some pictures of your ride. Everyone here loves pictures.

Those speaker sizes are a bit small compared to what you could fit, but even 4" walmart speakers are an improvement over the stock ones.
I had the 6.5" Pioneers from WalMart and loved them.

There are a few great DIYs on here for the H23 Intake Manifold swap that make it really easy. If you are wanting to save some cash you could probably buy an exhaust+gaskets and install the headers/exhaust yourself, pretty easy if you get the car high enough to work comfortably under it.

      RIP my last two CB7s.

swapping over the inlet manifold and exhaust header is a great way to learn how to work on the car yourself! read read read and ask questions. theres nothing more satisfying than doing it yourself and you will build up experience and confidence to be able to do future mods and it will save you loads of $$ Get yourself a Haynes manual for your car and it shows you step by step with photos how to do this stuff.
        Welcome to the family!

I do not know how to post pictures on here yet. Lol expectly from my phone.

I tried 6.5 and they don't fit. I going to try and buy the 5.25. From best buy ... 5.25 should Snuggly fit in it.

I have all that stuff for the manifold.

Today is the day that I will be working on my car... finally, no cores to do except my car.
I will be installing my h23 plenum and a4 exhaust manifold. and taking out my rear seat. Also change out my 4'' speakers to 5.25'' speakers for the front door.
I hope it a breeze to work on it lol

Today is my last day of finial... last one and I am free for 3 months.

Welcome aboard man. If you run into any issues there is a plethora of information on here. Just be careful and take your time. Any time I rush on the interior I end up breaking something somewhere.

Gratz on being done for the year. Must be a great feeling.
