Well to keep it organized like suggested in Josh's thread Ill start the thread.

So its time we have a meet just besides IA when every body is not with there car and wondering around. So we can meet and chill and hang out possible grill out or something and take pics I can get a DSLR.
TIME IS: 11 to 3 or until we all leave

I believe we already stated sometime in Sept/ Oct. Im assuming it will be on the weekend?

Are people leaning more towards a park, someones private property, or just some random parking lot?

Also, I would like to suggest a highway cruise to go along with the meet.

Yea so sept/oct when its not hot I like that idea.

I think park or private property because ramdoom parking lot we will get ran off and have to place hope around and that wont be fun.

And yes on weekend so it wont conflict with to many people work schedule.

well murfreesboro is the center of tn really. And I know this park called barfield park its down the street from the exit no speed bumps and they have grills and its very clean and family friendly I will rent if everybody is cool with that. But then were going to need food and what?

And I think October to so we can have a chance to plan get off work clean the cars up and get them ready.

if we do the park in murfresesboro they have some first come first serve pavillions and some you pay for. Its what ever.

Half day: $40 / Full day: $60

Pavilion 7 (Corporate)
Half day: $110 / Full day: $170

If we are gonna rent it, it seems only fair to have everybody pay an equal amount. Not a few pay huge amounts, and everyone else mooches.

But what would really suck is if we rent and go there to find that the free ones are empty.

Is that location finalized??
