You must mean the rotor over hub swap.
A copy paste from the accordinglydone message board:
Ok folks, upon looking at tons of info of brakes, and remembering the headaches i got just trying to find out one bit of information, i have created this thread....hopefully for simplicity.

this is how it's going to work. I want you people that have done brake upgrades (rotor over hub, larger rotors, better calipers, etc.) to post DESCRIPTIVELY what you have. Part numbers would be awesome.

As replies come in, I will keep this thread as clean as possible, and hopefully it will become a very good reference.

        Forget it, figured it out.

Does anybody know what the stock CB7 brackets are?

the brackets are the things that hold the caliper to the car

              Yes, figured it out.

I'm planning on doing the rotor-over-hub and bumping up the rotor also.

What sucks is I just pu tnew calipers on the front, if I had known this as so easy I would have done it to begin with. Oh well.

I swear when I bought my rebuilt calipers they came with the bracket... I'll have to grab a set and see.

I'm going to use them for the core charge, unless somebody wants to buy them for more than $50...

ok, im going to do a rotor over hub swap on my CD5 tommorow, you just have the new hub pressed into the old knuckle right? i also need to know if the lug studs are easy to acess because i have one stripped one and one broken one on the same wheel, its the reason im doing the hub swap in the first place

I'm thinking about doing the hub over rotor swap and I have some questions.

I want to make sure about all the parts I will need.

98-99 CL 2.3L Hub, 10 inch Rotor, and Hub Bearing.

Thats it right? I've got a 90 accord LX 4-door 5-speed. I can use my stock calipers and caliper brackets right?

If anyone needs a set of akebono calipers for a core... lemme know. I have a set, was going to use as a core for prelude vtec calipers but found brand new honda calipers online for mucho cheap. I'll sell these for just shipping plus like 5 for gas and time. Of course, the closer you are, the cheaper it is. I know it'll be like 30 bux just for shipping to cali.

edit, and yeah, cl 2.3 rotors are same size as stock, so accord calipers will work.

yea i performed this conversion today, its almost imperitive you have the lower ball joint tool to separate the lower and upper ball joints, i broke the grease boot on the lowers, so i had to buy new ones . . . another 55 dollars to tack onto the already high project cost. other than that, i bent the dust shields alot so they rub against my rotors, ill be fixing that tomorrow, and the brakes are always partially engaged for some reason . . . which will also be fixed tommorow, meh, all in all, it wasnt so bad, thankfully i had a press so i didnt have to hammer anything out and risk fucking up the bearings

maybe im an idiot... but i bought the cl hubs from my job, and they seem to come with wheel bearings already? i tried searching for just the hub and just the bearing, but i got the same part number for both so do the hubs come with the bearing set in them already? they are just after market regular hubs that u buy at advanced auto or auto zone. also my hubs dint bring studs, but i just bought a brand new set of accord studs with nuts, can i used these on cl hubs?
                              I Ain't cocky,I'm confident.And when u say im the best it's a compliment.!
