I've been kind of off this thread for a few days, been busy.

Starting to think simple fixes that may have been overlooked.
Are all your spark plugs torqued down? All that compression could be slipping past un-torqued spark plugs.

Are you sure you have a compression tester that works? It sounds like you're engine has no compression in the video, so I doubt this but it never hurts to check.

Have you checked your rotor's position when it's on TDC, just want to make sure it's all lined up?

The rotor, as in distributor rotor (sorry I wasn't clear).

Commando, you said you rebuilt the motor. Exactly how far did you have it disassembled? What operations did you perform?

If you were doing anything with the pistons, did you make sure and stagger your rings? If you lined them up, compression will go past them into the crankcase.

Commando, you never answered this question. In the video, you didn't mention if you'd set the #1 piston to TDC and where your cam was positioned at that point. The word "UP" on the cam gear should be facing up when at TDC.

I'd say check the compression in all 4 cylinders to see where they're at. From the sound made and the ease you're turning the motor, it seems like you don't have compression in any of your cylinders.

If that's the case, might need to pull the head back off and reassess what's going on. Maybe they installed your guides incorrectly or even the wrong ones; or they didn't make sure your seats were cut right and the valves aren't closing fully.

Definitely do a compression check before you do any of that.

What head gasket did you use?
