doing k24a2 swap, gutted ac/ps all ac components removed. really only need the power doors and sunroof to work. deleted abs also. i have a couple cut wires but while the car is in a million pieces, it seems like it would be a good idea to remove all the unneeded wires. thoughts?

I have a whole cabin wiring harness...it has to weigh over 40 pounds. I think it would be worth it to only have power, ground and switch wires just for the weight reduction alone. -
I've thought about it. I mean, all you'd really need are wires and OEM connectors to make it work, right?
With patience and the ability to understand a wiring diagram, I don't expect it would be too difficult. Time consuming, certainly, but doable.
