How can I get the alternator out?

The title explain my question. The battery light on the cluster turns on, but when the car revs, the light turns off. Then the car turns off running and no start. My engine is a f22b1, I've looking for a DIY and nothing. Please help!. Thanks. (sorry about my english, hehe).
