Passed smog, yee-haw! CAI goes back on!

I was worried this time... I thought I might get flunked on visual cuz I sloppily crammed in the stock airbox and was missing a few CA-required parts. But I went back 1/3 hour later and I'm clear, passed with flying colors. The only close part was my HC PPM was 98 and max is 120. California emission controls are rough.

Looking forward to putting the CAI back on.

Oh yeah, happy 101th post to me. I've shed that newbie label.

        Agreed.

In AZ, you can pass emissions with up to 220 HC ppm, and I passed with my cheap ebay intake. I know people that have passed here with flow through cats.
