    Type of brakes?

What type of brakes do I have in the front and rear?
    Akenobo?
    Nissin?

    How do I find out?

I'm trying to buy some break rebuild parts and I don't know which type my car has? I try searching, still found no info.

    Thanks all

I have 1992 accord lx sedan auto
    Drums in rear.

Nissan will say Nissan on them Akebono will have a symbol that looks like a nuclear sign.

    Got any photos?

No photo. I'm on my iPad, so no chance of uploading one soon.
Is there any other distinction? And where my I locate/see theses symbols/letters?

        You mean Nissin.
Nissan don't make brakes for Hondas

Which calipers have the 17mm slide pin botls that double as the whole slide pin?

One kind is like that and the other the slide pin is separate and it has a smaller 14mm bolt.

well my rear calipers are nissin and have the slide pin and separate bolt, I dont know if the nissin fronts are like that too. If I recall correctly my akebono fronts just had the long pin with the threads on it and a lip for the boot to clip onto.

All rear calipers are the same no matter coupe, sedan or wagon.
