i just scored BIG TIME!!

Well so my brother told me today that he has a friend that has a 92 4dr ("Corrected its an EX") "EX" that he will give me for free.. only thing is.. it has 260K miles and it stopped running one day so the guy figured that many miles its going to happen so he just parked it and bought a newer car.. now i don't know whats wrong with it but i got a buddy of mine that just H22'ed is 93 and the stock motor has about 113K miles on that motor and he said he would hook me up with it.. only bad on the motor is the harness shorted out and melted about a 6" liength so i will need a new harness and hopefully it runs.. i haven't seen the car yet but i'll be taking ownership of it by wednesday... My brother said the guy took good care of it all the time by like cleaning it and such and he said the guy bought it about 10 years ago and he said it ran great until it quit and he just didn't want to mess with it due to high mileage..

yea me too i hear its in great shape but i'll find out and post pics up the end of this week.. i got a full suspension, lip, and amber corners ready for it lol just waiting to get it running after i get it.. my and my bud are going to tackle it as soon as i get it..

i'd take it just because it's free. theres nothing wrong with a parts car especially if the panels are in good condition and you have somewhere to store it.

alright guys im picking it up friday morning then im going to tear into it on saturday trying to see if by some chance i can get it running.. im going to go look at it tomorrow but the guy wont be home but i'll let you guys know what it looks like..

well i went to go look at it today and it is vry sharp the only thing i see wrong cosmeticly is the clear coat on the roof is barely starting to have that faded look.. it is the Rosewood brown? i believe thats the name. The interior is very! clean and the rest of the paint is very shiny and it has new tires, also has clear corners and clear bumper lights wich will come off soon lol.. the only otherr thing is the tint is old.. now it looks clean so it almost looks like it hasn't been sitting long at all. So im going to pick it up tomorrow guys so i'll post up pics tomorrow after i take some with the digi cam.. oh the interior is the dark red wich i guess is what that color came with
