California Referee Program Suspended

doesnt mean you can legalize your motor swap it just means if you get a ticket for having modified emissions you can take it to a more than likely lenient smog shop to get it written off without having to go to the nazi referees.

no smog refs stations or smog refs = no way of legalizing your motor swap..

oh yeah...i bought a silencer and put it in and went to CHP and they writ it off just from lookin at it...so i put the cat back on 4 nthn oh well

so this means if i had a car that needed to be reffed a few years ago cuz of "modified emissions"..asshole cop.. i can just go to a regular smog and "pass" it???...then of course pay the DMV all kinds of late fees
