I thought about dropping a diesel into a Mustang. There are turbo diesel trucks that run 10s... so I could only imagine what it could do with a lighter vehicle!

$5, $10, $15, whatever you can spare will be a HUGE help to a fellow member that's down on his luck!

There's a guy that lives right down the street from me that has a Chevy diesel...full size, extended bed, 6 wheel all that shit. Its like a 2006 or something but maaaaan, one time I followed him out of the neighborhood and he stomped on it and was gone. I was like SHIT, so later I asked what he had done and he pretty much did everything under the sun. You wouldn't be able to tell it until he smashed you in a race though. Its quiet until he steps on it. I want to see him run at the track....he said he dyno'd at a bit less than 700whp. But the weight of his truck will be a bit of a problem.

Those diesels are insane. I guess the weight probably isn't quite as big a deal with them as it is with gas engines, though... Diesels have massive amounts of torque. If he's making 700hp, I wonder how much torque that thing is putting down!

I came close to buying a Jetta TDi back when I was looking for something efficient. I did some research on how to modify it for power.
