I thought he was asking about using MSpaint to draw an intercooler on his NA car

You've been misinformed. Looks terrible and doesn't help with making power. It's better than stock yes. But looks terrible.

sticking an intercooler on a NA intake is pointless. The ambient air in the intake will hardly cool, if at all, and the intake path is longer and more restricted.

get a small shot a nitrous and make the whole process easier

It seems like a good idea in theory, but until I saw positive dyno results, I wouldn't waste money and effort doing it.

it is indeed pointless. ive talked to a couple of turbo companies(APEXi, Greddy) and they both told me it would hurt performance rather than help.

X2 why add a restriction?
if your hands are itching to fabricate something, make something that will actually make power.

yea if you do that, the car will be alot slower. when your turboed, its better. because it will cool the air down, and there wont be any restriction because the air is getting forced really fast through the intercooler.

just like Lee said, put some 75 shots of nitrous and you'll be fine
