Regional Import Trends

What are some regional specific trends that you see today?

Example of one that I've noticed is SoCal. Bright colored engine bays, that dont match the exterior paint.

Im not saying that it doesnt look nice but it is something that I've noticed alot of in that region. Anything else that anyone has noticed? Maybe show some pictures if you can.

I think the different colored engine bay looks pretty cool. All of those cars have insanely clean engine bays. Makes me think of mine and realize how shitty it looks.

They were the best examples I could find really fast, but there are others that have done the same thing that arent in the club.

Yea, I wouldnt consider that a regional trned, seeing as how that is a car club. The first eg was on the cover of honda tuning.

I guess a regional trend out here would be the anodized lip on wheels

bicycle racks like on everything it's ridiculous it was original and kinda cool at first but now it seems highly unnesessary

socal=cool not hate here. NYC is mostly a lot of fake jdm shit, and a lot of ugly looking hondas that are fast.

I thnik this haas to do with the fact that these cars have extremely clean bays so with the bright color it will draw you to it like a fat kid walking by a candy store, And it's working. And this not just In socal. But I beleave that it's from socal that a lot of he trends start but we ain't hating. In my opion as soon as my green card comes I wanna move to socal. cuz I don't know if it's just me but a lot of honda people around these parts are dicks. And everyboy from Cali seem cool but I could be wrong.

bodykits on stock cars with a fart can. piss yellow headlights

bikeracks but no bikes or boards (wtf why)

wrapped stock hoods in weird ass material... like zebra print (UGLY)

We have a bunch of Civic drivers with something stuck up their ass. They think they are better than everybody else and if you drive anything other than a civic you suck basically. We only have one guy I know of that has a different color engine bay. The rest of everybody else drives white civics on the same rota slips. And not enough money to actually do a swap.
