I recently found a 93 cb7 with a problem. Guy says it cut off on him while he was driving. He'd stop then start it again it would run for a little. I thought it was the notorious ignition switch problem. I get ther and fix the problem an try to start it... nothing. Then he springs on me that he replace the distributor. We look at it the distributor is SUPER loose almost as if he didnt bother tightening the screw. My step dad looks at it... the timing is off.
What i need to know is how to go about fixing this problem. Its a 2 door manual for 500 bucks an its completely straight. its a still being i cant find that combo out here no freakin were. How would i fix a timing problem thats this far off. F.Y.I. i watch the videos on youtube from thecarguy and i cant even get the car to run to fix the timing the way he did.
