ok so im doing this d.i.y. for the fact that its kinda hard to find fittings for those that are swapping over to a 5 spd. like i did... i recently bought a RYWIRE clutch line thinking that i solved my problem because it was labled for an h-swap as well but that wasnt the case as the accord uses a bigger fitting...imo the rywire clutch line is a cleaner alternative as to using hardline...the only thing that is different between the two mc's is the rod that connects to the pedal( the accord one being longer than the civic). easy fix... but here is the mc swap...
parts/tools needed:
00 si clutch master cylinder
a stock accord master cylinder
RYWIRE clutch line ( or you can use hardline)
snap-ring pliers
12mm socket and 6" extension with a ratchet
12mm wrench

here you can see mine already done... the one on top is the civic mc and the one on the bottom is the accord mc.. i set the civic rod in the accord mc so i could use it to show the difference in rod length...
1.
remove the accord mc from underneath the dash using the 12mm socket and extension. there are only two bolts holding it in as well as the pin connecting the mc rod to the pedal.. pull the pedal assembly uot and set it out of the way. then remove the mc from the engine bay.. if you havent installed a mc into your car you can skip this step...
2.
take the 12mm wrench and loosen the jam nut hold the u-shaped end on the mc.. unscrew it and take the nut off...

3.
take the dust cover off of the base of the rod to gain acess to the snap ring. remove the snap ring and take the rod out... do this to both of the mc's

4.
reassemble the civic mc with the rod out of the accord. put the dust cover back on the put the jam nut and end on the rod.
5.
put the new civic mc back in the mounting spot and reinstall the clutch pedal assembly.
6.
now this step becomes your choice. i went ahead and bought the RYWIRE clutch line because its cleaner looking and easy to use imo... but you dont have to spend $65 plus shipping on a clutch line.. hard line will be just as good.. run your clutch line to either the dampener or to a flexable line to connect to your slave cylinder.

7.
fill with fluid and bleed clutch system...
and your done.. ill post more pics after i reinstall mine to show you all how my clutch line looks in my engine bay...
