Is a 13b big enough.
I have a chance to get a 13b turbo for a good price. Is this turbo to small for our motors or would it do just fine?

In short no. Will it work, yes. The turbo is small and will spool very fast and generate a lot of heat. Ideally you don't want a turbo that will max out during spirited driving, or even racing. If it's being pushed to its limit day in and day out it won't last very long, possibly compromising your motor. You would be better off buying some eBay brand t3/t4 that you could rebuild later down the road.
