valves for a Honda 2.3 Liter engine.
Intake valves have a 34mm head diameter, 6.5mm stems, 103.6 mm OAL, single groove style and stock tip length.
Exhaust valves have a 29mm head diameter, 6.5mm stems, 102.7 mm OAL, single groove style, and stock length tip.
valves for a Honda 2.2 Liter DOHC V-TEC engine.
Intake valves have a 35mm head diameter, 5.5mm stems, 106.6mm OAL, single groove style and stock tip length.
Exhaust valves have a 30mm head diameter, 5.5mm stems, 107.1mm OAL, single groove style, and stock length tip.
valves for a Honda 2.2 Liter SOHC engine.
Intake valves have a 34mm head diameter, 5.5mm stems, 112 mm OAL, single groove style and stock tip length.
Exhaust valves have a 29mm head diameter, 5.5mm stems, 123.5 mm OAL, single groove style, and stock length tip.
All valves are for stock installed height.
These are listed from shortest to tallest OAL (I dont know but I assume OAL is short for overall length...) also the H23 are 1mm thicker stems. I'm 90% sure the same valves are in the JDM F22B as the H23. I got a cheap-ass valvespring compressor that works on a couple valves in my F22 head, but it doesn't work in the F22B so I can't confirm this. I got this information from a catalog.
I'm debating oversize valves on an F series head. Wouldn't the +1mm larger valves that are found in the H22 contribute to making more HP? Well yes, and no... the oversize of the H22 allow more air at higher revs which the H22 does.. F series doesn't exactly rev, it is a torquey strokerish engine and so smaller ports give better velocity, give more torque in lower revs. I'd imagine it has more torque than the H22 at lower revs. with the gas prices who wants a high revver anyway?? LOL
