Bad Front Upper Balljoint? Watch/ Listen to videos

So I posted in my other thread about my bros car making a screwed up sound after puting my wheels on it. It was like clacking noise when metal hitting each other. I knew it was the balljoint but I was not 100% sure. So anyways, since im in school in providence I drive around here and day to day it kept getting worse. Tuesday I had to drive home to work but instead I had it towed home which im glad I did.

I jack up the car and this is what I see.

yeah that sounds pretty bad. i've been thinking that one of my balljoints was going bad but after watching those videos, mine sounds nothing like that. mine makes a squeaking noise as i come to a stop. i'll have to figure out what it is.
