CE1 upgraded to H22 LSD AUTOMATIC!!!!

Welp boys and girls after a nice long 16 hrs total swap time....I have completed the automatic h22 LSD tranny swap on the CE1. The swap was actually CLOSE to replacing the stock tranny. I did have some issues with the speedsensor at first but all is well now. For those interested this is a 96 accord ex wagon with 71k miles. I also upgraded the front rotors (stock 11.1") to cross drilled. This WHOLE process took me and my best friend 16 hrs including clean up time. Smokinspeeds came over to keep me company!!! Thanks man!!!

For those that don't know this is an MP1A....

Yeah black calipers I guess would be cool but I think she looks tight all dirty too!!!
I actually got that tranny for 200 from a guy I went and helped pull a motor from his car in San Anonio (I live in Dallas) aprox 300 miles to him from me.... and I did not mind the trip ONE BIT!!!!!

This is from an Auto H22 swap.... I am not sure where he got it but I ended up with it..... I got it with the torque converter and all....

I have another auto MP1A NON-lsd H23/f22b tranny here too.

Yeah a nice rare find to make the family hauler more of a threat! I know it's been icey, have you got to feel how it pulls yet? I may have to come back by for a try... btw one of the guys localy posted that he needs an auto, might just be his tcu but either way I told him you were trying to get rid of that h23 b/c I'm not sure if I want to take it so if you can get rid of it faster I'm not gonna hold you back... Might be one of the guys from the last meet I can't remember.

Btw I might have a deal for you in a bit though... and don't forget to talk to your man Mario for me. (and find out about the turbo so I can tell trev if Imma get his 2g manifold or not)

Tell the guy 100 for the tranny.... Has torque converter and all IN GREAT SHAPE...

BTW- to answer the questions yes I drove it to Arlington and back (wanted some pho' and the only place open after I got a shower saturday night was in Arlington.... drove it about 40 miles round trip.... PULLS NICE.... and burns a little chirp shifting to second when I am on the gas pedal. I was pretty impressed by it. I found out that the leaking tranny fluid WAS NOT the VSS and was the tranny coolant line that runs to the radiator I forgot to tighten it!!!! HAHAHAHAHA! EASY FIX and took me 45 mins to figure it out.

Let me know how that valve cover comes out. I may just give you some more stuff if you get that valve cover done.

Nice, but wasn't it still wet everywhere? If I get that valvecover done like I want to, lets just say I'll have as much or more time into it as your whole tranny swap. Unless I can figure a good alternative stripper to finish taking that paint off. It's coming off just taking time....

maybe when I get both covers done we can put that a6 head on my a1? There's a $50 mod I wanna get that we can do in the process for a good 5-7 hp that you'll like...
