      guys i had the f22b

i used everything but the power steerin line.
the power steerin pressure hose, u will use from the f22b but the lower end u can use from the f22 motor. u will have to splice the two togehter
and thas about it i have the f20a now
WE r talkin about jdm f22b? rite

you can't use the f22a distributor, at all.

Do a search. Here I'll help you with the search.

Gloryaccordy made the thread. It's a locked thread.

Fuck, he made a LOT of threads on the same subject, search for them. I answered ALL questions that were needed for a jdm f22b swap.

            f22b dohc, not sohc.

That's actually a good deal, especially if shipping is included.

You can swap over some of the internals in the f22a-f22b dizzy such as the ignitor and such if I remember. OTher than that really nothing else you can do about it.

stock wiring - h23 cap - move out the coil - f22a internals and then the housing for the f22b since it fits right on...

worked beautifully for me -- just getting the H23 cap is easier, IMO, that drilling holes in the f22a cap and going through all that conversion

Yea its the DOHC and the guy selling them sell engines pretty cheap . So I can use F22a internals on the F22b just not the distributor

as for the other internals,it's a general rule of thumb that the JDM F22b is like an h23 top end with a stock f22a bottom end. THere's plenty of info in other threads on that. Best of luck
