Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

First of all the engine checks good, good compression, no vacuum leaks and all. 250k miles so if I blow up engine I dont care. I have an a6 I will be building eventually for boost.

    ARP H23 Head Studs
    Head Gasket
    A6 Built Head
    A6 Mani ported
    A6 TB ported

Fuel Pump/Filter (gunna have to wait till I get back)
    **14b turbo
    **1st gen dsm bov

              ahh yah

well yesterday cory (blackice) helped me out and we ground down the block so the 14b turbo would fit...

and the final outcome of the grind...

and then the install with gaskets of the turbo/wastegate...

now time to order my injectors and get working on the oil system.

how come you didnt use your stock ecu and get a map put on that? if its possible

ive got an apexi but i want to get rid of that for a chipped ecu so just trying to figure out what to do

your project looks good tho...keep the pics coming

thanks joser, yah stock ecu's most people wont mess with anyways..the p06 is my best option for this turbo build.

as far as the apex-i , i used to have one, but I will be running a fully tuned ecu so no need for the piggyback anymore (was just a learning curve for me until I got into the real deal)

thanx for the comments tho! pics coming soon of more stuff done, not too much left to accomplish this task!

                          plan for psi

yah its a good call on the po6..get em cheap and have joser chip it for ya, hes good.

Im planning on runnin 8 psi at first as we all know, who knows after a while I might switch it up to more to destroy the engine, good ole manual boost controller, enabling to get higher psi...

                          good times.
