No offense to well off families here, but I saw something that drove me nuts.

Okay, so I'm driving home from work today and I pull up to a light, and there's an Evo at the light. Jet black, absolutely beautiful. I pull up expecting to see another enthusiast driving. But no, its 4 16 year old girls looking like Britney Spears wannabes. I wanted to scream. I guarantee these girls have no idea the capabilities of the car. They just think its "pretty". I mean I'm sure they'd be as happy with a Riced up Cavalier. Hell, I'd probably even consider trading them the CB7 for the Evo. Stupid rich kids.

on a side note, there are 2 lancers here that think they are evo's. both yellow and kitted with decals on the side.

Older rish kids (college age) don't piss me off as much, especailly since I saw a guy driving a twin turbo Audi A4 with tv screens everywhere and bling'd out.

This football player kids parents bought him this 2002 (or so) Camaro Z28. He has the RKSport bodykit, spoiler, rims, full straight through exhaust...etc etc. Grantid I really like the car alot...but the idea of him not paying one damn cent for the car pisses me off.



Oh...but you know what I really like? I'll be sitting at a 2-lane redlight...minding my own bussiness. Some van or something will pull up next to me. They see my muffler so they think I'm like this illegal street racer kid. So when I start out I do so calmly and slowly but they like step on it as if I was going to race them. But then they probably feel all good about themselves because they beat a "street racer" in a Honda. Reality check: Number 1 - If I would've tried...you would've lost. And number 2 - Even if you did win...why are you feeling good about yourself? You beat a Honda. It's like beating up a handicapped person. It's not cool.

O yeah a friend of mine has a 2000 eclipse, black, bodykit, carbon fiber hood, aluminum wing, sparco seats, grapics all over the car mad gauges all up inside the car incluiding a boost gauge (cars not boosted). And guess how much of his money he spent on it? not a penny. He doesnt even have a job.

there are two prime examples of high school chix around here where their 'rents bought them brand new g35's as a graduation present



and of course they are always clean cause im assuming the parents pay for them to get fully detailed once a week

I think it's all good if a parent buys their kid a car and whatever might be on it, but what pisses me off is when people drive those nice cars like jackasses because mommy and daddy will buy them another if they wreck it.

thats not so bad, except for the boost gauge... what the fuck is he thinking???? if i knew someone like that, i would rip that gauge off for them. thats just idiotic. and of course, being all f&f'ed out and not having all balls doesnt help either.

ive noticed alot lately, since ive been chillin at my friends shop... most of the cars with the huge gauges and shit like that, dont have anything under the hood. the REAL racers keep a lowprofile and only upgrade what is necessary for performance purposes.
