He jacked up his car, and went under, and when he knew it, it was too late for him. The car came tumbling down on him. He was a quiet and shy guy to the prelude community. He was someone who i refer him to BAP. He bought a couple of stuff from you guys. He came out to some meets. I only have 1 pic of his car. Its a white 5th gen. His SN on BAP is prelude_boy. HIs name is Tom. He, i believe was only 17 years of age. May he REST IN PEACE.

    So young...RIP guy

Are the parents going to be at fault?
          Since hes under 18?

But yeah, that was a pretty n00b thing to do.
          A sad one at that.
ALWAYS use jackstands, if you dont have jackstands stack wheels at the jackpoints.

Sad yes, but those were the consequences...

damn that sucks RIP. I always have 2 jackstands and one jack on the car at all times if i go under. I don't care if i have to work around the jack i would rather have something in the way then something on top of me. Damn i couldn't imagine being the one who found him. Sad day

Damn thats a shame. He did have a really nice car for being 17. Thats why we always use jackstands. Hell, even like a cinderblock or somthing. I always figured if that thing came down on you you'd be toast.

Man, such a shame. I have good friends that work without stands... I hope they learn from this. I don't want to lose anyone close to me!

Damnit, I always tell these kids not to rely on the jack alone, I always tell them. Completely avoidable accident, it's such a shame.

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.
